A fabulous vintage womens dress from the 80s by luxury American fashion designer, Victor Costa for high end department store, Saks Fifth Avenue. In a dark blue velvet with a paisley printed quilted rayon skirt and tulle underskirt which gives it fabulous structure. The historical inspired leg o mutton sleeves are puffed out at the top with shoulder pads, adding a feminine touch, and taper elegantly in towards the wrist.
